Refund Policy

All products are packaged for safe shipping.  If a product arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and follow the damaged product resolution policy.

 

If you prefer, you may contact us at easyfamilyliving@gmail.com if your product arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with the product.  All products are described accurately and represented by photographs.  If the purchaser requests to return the product, shipping costs are incurred by the purchaser.  Upon receipt of the product at Easy Family Living the refund will be the cost of the product at the time of purchase and any applicable taxes.  All refunds will be processed on the next business day of receipt of the returned product.

 

Please note, there will be no refund for any product that has been used by the purchaser.  The product must be returned in the condition it was received by the purchaser.
