What is needed:
Blender
Measuring cup for liquids
Measuring spoons
Large glass jar with lid Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup Irish whiskey
1, 14 oz. can swetened condensed milk
1 cup whipping cream
4 eggs
2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Pour all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour irish cream liquor into a glass bottle with a lid. Store in the refrigerator up to one month. Shake well before serving.
Serving suggestions: Pour one ounce of Irish cream liquor over vanilla or coffee flavored ice cream
Make Irish Coffee
Mix 4 oz. of hot chocolate with 4 oz. irish cream liquor
Helpful hints: Use pure vanilla extract
Use premium whiskey
Use caffeinated instant coffee
