What is needed:
Small shallow bowl or shallow plate Mortar and pestle
Ingredients:
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1 1/2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried rosemary or 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh
Pour the extra virgin olive oil onto the plate. Pour the balsamic vinegar into the olive oil. With the mortar and pestle crush the rosemary with a pressing down and twisting motion. Add the rosemary to the olive oil and vinegar. Serve with crusty Italian bread or any crusty bread of your choice.
