What is needed:
 
Small bowl
Medium Spoon
Measuring spoons
Spreading knife
 
Ingredients:
1/4 lb. hard salami slices or one jar of dried beef slices
1 package cream cheese-softened
2 Tablespoons horseradish
 
Mix softened cream cheese with horseradish in a small bowl.  Spread about 2 Tablespoons of cream cheese mixture on one slice of salami or dried beef.  Roll up.  Repeat with remaining cream cheese and meat.  Arrange on a platter and serve.  These can be made up to one week before. Store in a covered, plastic storage container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
